
I have had it with the Purchase Funnel. I don't want to see any Purchase Funnel ever again.
OK. That's stretching it a bit. But seriously, do people still use the purchase funnel? I know it's one of the key metrics in CRM/DM. But there must be a better way of presenting data - or a concept, for that matter - beyond the usual funnels and conversion rates.
There must be a better way.
