I don't know if it's the painkillers that I am currently on to battle my back pains or the muscle relaxants. But lately, I have been finding new things that inspire me on the internet: One of them is this video of a lady - Susan Boyle - who never knew could sing with such a strong voice from British Got Talent!

A 47year old who declares she wants to sing - and be like Elaine Paige - from a 'collection of villages'. What makes it really interesting is how some of the audiences react when she makes this declaration - watch out for it - and how they changed their views as soon as she starts singing.
And how apt: "I dreamed a dream".
It is so funny how we easily make judgments of people based on their appearance and how they talk and how old they are and how they present themselves. I for one have been a victim of so many racist remarks - from Asians and non-Asians alike. I have been rejected for things and paths that I have chosen.
But the challenge is to rise.
